Our Manufacturing Research dummy training rounds, or snap caps, are made of a single piece of solid aluminum CNC machined to the exact tolerances of live ammunition. The color is anodized so it won’t flake off and will hold up better than a paint. Most are colored RED to make identification easy.
They will feed and function in semi-automatics with reliability, and can be used as a snap cap training round. The aluminum construction is made to absorb the shock of a firing pin strike.
